The project focused on elevating functionality and aesthetics within an existing structure, with a strong emphasis on natural light, coastal textures, and spatial flow.
Beohm Construction worked closely with Archimages Architecture and the client to modernise the interiors, enhance layout efficiency, and integrate high quality finishes throughout. Upgrades included a reconfigured kitchen and living space, improved thermal and acoustic performance, and the addition of custom joinery and lighting to reflect a relaxed yet refined coastal lifestyle.
The result is a timeless and practical apartment tailored to its surroundings, blending thoughtful design with build precision in one of Byron’s most sought after locations.
